In a sieve add Poha and wash under running water. Cover and keep them as it is for 10 mins.

Now add all the ingredients and mix well. Bind the mixture well.

Take a pan add oil and heat. Now roll the tikki of the Poha mixture between greased palms. Shallow fry them from both the sides till crunchy golden colour. Serve these delicious tikkis with tea and coffee.
