Ingredients For Poha oats mini uttapam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. đź’— Firstly take a mixi jar add semolina poha and oats grind it well,
  • 2. đź’— Now take a bowl add this mixture and soaked with curd , keep it side for 15-20 minutes.
  • 3. đź’—. Now add all spices and salt to taste mix it very gently and now add baking soda also... ( if you can mix some more water, u can. And In a bowl mix all vegetables, keep a side)
  • 4. đź’—. Now heat a mini uttpam pan and greased with some oil and spread the batter in each cavities, roast with some oil now spread some vegetables mixture and sprinkles some coriander leaves also roasting both side until light brown...
  • 5. đź’— Poha oats mini uttpam is ready for serve with green chutney and tomato sauce
