Ingredients For Poha pulao recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash the poha well and strain the poha to become soften
  • 2. After that put ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry the paneer and dry fruits and take it out
  • 3. After that in the frying pan add all the whole spices, bay leaves, grated ginger
  • 4. And stir it for few seconds
  • 5. Then add potato cubes and onion cubes and dry it for 1min
  • 6. Then give the rest of the vegetables,salt and turmeric then cover it
  • 7. Now fry it for two minutes on low flame
  • 8. After that add poha, dry fruits, sugar and paneer cubes and mix it well then cover it
  • 9. Now again fry it for two minutes on low flame now switch off the flame
  • 10. Finally cover the pan and keep it for two to three minutes for rest
  • 11. Then serve the delicious Poha pulao
