Put the poha in a plate and pour water into it and remove the water immediately as if you are washing the poha, or by taking the poha in a sieve, pour a big cup of water over the poha, after all the water is drained.

Mix one spoon of sugar and salt in the soaked poha and keep it to roam for 15 minutes.

Put the kadhai on the gas and put oil in it and heat it.

When the oil is hot, put mustard seeds, the grains will start roasting with a sizzle, put curry leaves, add chopped onion and fry it, add chopped chilies and turmeric powder, put peanuts in this oil and fry it.

Put soaked poha and raisins in the spices, mix well till the turmeric coating comes on the poha, turn off the fire and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Take out the poha in the bowl

Put chopped green coriander and chopped onions in the poha plate, serve and eat after putting gram flour sev on top.
