Take the poha in a sieve and wash it with water. Mix 3 teaspoons of sugar and salt, black salt in the soaked poha and keep it for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin, green chili, fennel, mustard, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry the masala in the oil. Mix and fry the peas.

Add poha to the spices and mix, and add finely chopped green coriander.

Hot delicious Poha is ready. Serve the poha on a plate. Garnish with lemon by adding green coriander and gram flour sev.
