Ingredients For Potato stuffed rava cutlet

Methods
  • 1. First take a pan roast the rava till it cooks without changing its colour
  • 2. Add salt and water and stirr Continuosly to avoid lumps and it's ready allow it to cool
  • 3. Now make potatoes masala for this take a pan add 1tbspboil then add jeera , green chilly and chopped onion
  • 4. When it's become golden then add mashed potatoes and all spices
  • 5. Cook it well and chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and it's ready
  • 6. Now take a handful if rava masala in your palm spread it and stuff masala and rolled it prepare all like this
  • 7. Now in a kadai heat oil then fry this cutlet till golden brown. And serve this with your favourite sauce
