Methods
  • 1. Cut the potatoes in wedges after peeling their skin.
  • 2. Heat some water and blanch the potatoes for a while until it gets 3/4 cooked.
  • 3. Mix salt and pepper in the refined flour and coat the potatoes in it.
  • 4. Deep fry the potatoes until it gets dark brown in colour.
  • 5. Remove the excess oil and serve.
