Methods
  • 1. Take a pan . Heat oil and butter .
  • 2. Add onions. Saute it . Add ginger . Roast for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Add chopped tomato . Mix it. Stir continuously.
  • 4. Now add all the spices. Sprinkle some water.
  • 5. Place kulcha over the masala. Press with spatula.
  • 6. Apply some butter on the back side of Kulcha, Toast it until it becomes crispy.
  • 7. Grate some paneer and serve hot.
