Delicious south Indian snack at home
My mother usually uses this masala to make sambhar at home. With a perfect blend of flavours, it hardly feels or looks any different from the market one. The packaging is also easy to use and store. We store it in refrigerator which makes it last for about a year without any spoilage.

Quality and taste
My mother's favourite masala every sunday my mom cook idli sambhar and i loved it. The sambhar masala taste is soo good and constant for last 10 year and more. This masala blends with lots of south indian masala.

Great
This product is not bad, it has a nice blend of all the spices and gives a great south indian taste to the sambar. Just don't add too much and you are good to go.

Highly recommended
If you at all make Sambhar, this is an essential to have.
This brings all the South Indian Flavours in a packet, and really helps to elevate your Sambhar.

Delicious sambhar
Making sambhar masala from scratch is a not so difficult task. But there's not always that much time, so when in hurry I use Everest sambhar masala to make a dainty South style sambhar. The aroma of this Sambhar curry is indelible.

Good product
It is really very tasty. I use it whenever I cook sambhaar and rasam. It takes the dish on another level. It makes the dish look more palatable.

Sambhar
I personally love this masala.it has got authentic Sambhar taste and it has very good aroma.most of us love south indian food but are unable to prepare good of it at home.this masala will surely help you

Could have been more flavourful
Having always used 777 Sambhar powder but this time around hubby bought Everest sambhar masala, not very happy with the taste as I did not find it as flavoursome as the authentic ones.

Firstly it's Sambar
This product puts me off like none other, because firstly it's Sambar and not Sambhar. Also, as for the Sambar Powder offered in this packet, it's by far my least favorite Sambar Powder. There are so many more companies offering better and more authentic Sambar Powders. Please don't be fooled by this one!

Everest - sambhar masala
it has a nice blend of all the spices and gives a great south indian taste to the sambar . Sambhar Masala is one such masala to include the genuine taste of a usual tasty south-Indian sambhar at home.

Masala
For everyone who is fond of eating spicy must try this product. It does not differ much from the regular sambhar masala but comparitively it has high flavour of spices. It must be store properly at a dry place and it's coat effective. It makes the sambhar more flavourful.

Nice product
I have been using this since I tried other spices of this brand and it made my sambhar taste very well. It has a perfect blend of spices. It comes in a nice packaging and is cost friendly. Worth giving it a try.

Tastiest than home made sambhar powder
I am a huge fan of south Indian food. I used this ingredient 2years back and it created a separate love for itself in my heart, i used to make my own sambhar powder but after i use Everest sambhar masala, its aromatic, flavorful, taste or every single ingredient used to make it makes my sambhar tastier than ever before, i love its little sourness and spiciness, aroma of curry leave, touch of methi seed's bitterness, touches my taste buds deeply ..i love it

Can be better
Well I have a very special place for sambar in my heart...south indian food is very dear to me and hence didn't find this product at par with few other brands which are available and are my favourite...a sambar quotient is missing I feel..

GIVES YOU EXTRA TASTE AND EXTRA PUNCH IN YOU DISH
Usually sambhar masala is been used for making sambhar but i use in many of my recepies like while making pakoras, sabzi,or any of my dish where I feel it should have some extra punch and that extra punch and taste I get through adding this sambhar masala I just love it to experiment with many of my new recepies
