Methods
  • 1. Soak the peas overnight. Now put water, salt, turmeric and cumin in a cooker and put the lid of the cooker. And take 3-4 whistles.
  • 2. And take 3-4 whistles. Now take a little potato masala from the potato mixture. And make tikki.

  • 4. Now heat oil in a vessel. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and red chillies, and add boiled peas.
  • 5. Ragda is ready. Now place the tikiya then put ragda on it. Add sev, chutney, onion and pomegranate seeds on top, and serve, spicy ragda patties.
  • 6. Delicious ragda pattis is ready.
