Ingredients For Ragi Appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the ragi, lentils and rice, soaked it for 2 hours, then grind it and cover it and keep it for 4 hours
  • 2. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves, onions and carrots, and fry then add salt and red chili
  • 3. Now mix this spice in the grinded ragi mixture
  • 4. Then heat a little oil in the mold of appe, put 1-1 teaspoon of mixture and cook it, then after cooking, turn it over and serve it hot.
