Ingredients For Ragi Vada

Methods
  • 1. Heat water in a saucepan, and add one tablespoon of ghee.
  • 2. When water boils add ragi flour to it and mix it nicely like a dough like consistency.
  • 3. Remove it in a plate to get it cold.
  • 4. Now add the remaining ingredients except ghee and into the dough and mix it. And give it shape of vada
  • 5. Heat ghee in a pan and stir fry the vada.
  • 6. Serve it hot
