In a pan add ghee , cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic green chillies paste mix well , saute till the onion cooked well

Then add the fresh turmeric and cook on slow flame for 7-10 mins. Once that 's done , add the red chilli powder , coriander powder,garam masala,salt, curd mix well it stirrings continusley

Next add the Corinder leaves , green peas and fry cashew mix it nicelyCover and cook for 5-7 mins
