Ingredients For Rava Masala Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, soak the moong dhal for one hour in warm water then grind it into a fine paste.
  • 2. To this paste add coriander Pudina curry leaves green chilies salt, hing then add onions grated carrot and mix well.
  • 3. Now add the rava and make a soft dough. Grease a plastic sheet or butter paper and flatten a small ball on the butter paper.
  • 4. Heat a Tawa and place this facing down on the Tawa slowly take off the butter paper from the top.
  • 5. Cook on both the sides with a little oil till crisp serve with any spicy subji.
