Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, 1 tsp grated raw mango and 1 tsp mustard oil for 3 hours.

In a pan add oil, add chopped onion and saute, then add ginger garlic paste and remaining grated raw mango and saute.

Then add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes, then add cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, salt and sugar and mix properly.

Add half cup water and cover and let the chicken cooked completely, lastly add garam masala. Decorate with some slices of raw mango and serve.
