In a mixing bowl, take grated raw mango, boiled mashed potatoes, salt, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder & breadcrumbs.Mix it well & make a dough of it.

Take small portion from the dough, flatten it on your palm and make shape of kebab. Make all the kebabs.

Heat oil in a tawa and shallow fry both sides of the kebabs in low flame.

Now heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped onion & garlic. Saute it for few seconds. Add all the veggies, salt & sabji masala.Cook it till soft. Add boiled rice and mix it well. If you like you can add more ghee this time. Add kebabs in the rice. Carefully mix it with rice mixture.

Raw mango kebab is itself very tangy taste.I must say everyone will enjoy it with pulao.
