Ingredients For Rice khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice and moong dal together.
  • 2. Now heat the pan with oil in it. Add curry leaves,hing, turmeric powder to it.
  • 3. Now add peanut and roast it for few secs
  • 4. Then add grated carrot to it and cook for few minutes
  • 5. Then add washed rice and moong dal to it. And fry it for few secs.
  • 6. Then add 3-4 bowl water to it gradually as required.
  • 7. Then add salt,chilli powder, corriander cumin powder and grated coconut to it and mix well.
  • 8. Cover and cook for atleast 15 mins till rice is nicely cooked.
  • 9. Garnish it with corriander leaves ,grated coconut, carrot chopped in circular shapes, and lemon.
