First smooth the chena using hand. Then gradually add sugar powder and milk powder and cornflour and mix. After the ghee release transfer the mixture to another pan.

Heat the pan and slowly mix it. When the mixture started curdeling add milkmaid and cook for another 4-5 min. Off the flame. Then cover it. Leave it untill cool.

Now, using hand smooth the mixture again add rose essence and separate in 2 parts, add green for leaves and pink or red for rose..

Now, make small rounds from the red and roll it using thumb,make small rounds. Then add one by one. Make a shape like rose. And using green dough make leaves..
