Methods

How to make Rose Strawberry Muffins Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease muffin tray properl. Wash and hull the strawberries. Chop them finely and sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour over them. Toss and set aside. Wash rose patels and chop them and mix with in strawberries and flour mix.
2. Take one bowl and mix oil and sugar and beat until mixed up. Add both extract and curd and mix it well Now sift plain flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt over the wet ingredients and mix well. Do not over mix the batter.
3. Now add the strawberries and rose patels and mix Spoon in the batter into muffin liners and bake for 25-30 minutes. And check with toothpick, it should come out clean. Let cool for few minutes and serve rose strawberry muffins.
