• While frying the sabudana be careful as it can pop up.• Do not fry the sabudana for less time as it will turn soggy.• Any vegetables of your choice can be used.

Ingredients For Sabudana bhel Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil for frying in a pan. Keep the flame on medium high. Add sabudana in batches fry for a minimum of 2 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool down.
  • 2. Finally chop all the vegetables and raw mango. Add them in a bowl.
  • 3. Next add all the dry spices and chutneys. Mix everything well.
  • 4. Just before serving at the fried sabudana and combine everything well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
