Put pan on the stove and open the flame at mideam at put oil in it and then fry the chopped potato cubes for 2 minutes and put them out in a bowl.

Then put 1 spoon oil and then put cumin seeds , chopped green chilli , curry leaves and now put the soaked sabudana in it and then fry for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring it.

Then add roasted peanuts , potato cubes , black pepper , sendha namak and then fry for 5 minutes now add chopped cilantro , lemon juice then mix well.
