To make non sticky sabudana khichdi soak the sabudana over night.

Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Rinse sabudana under water until water turns clear.
  • 2. Transfer the rinse sabudana to a large bowl.
  • 3. Sabudana would have soaked .heat oil in a pan on medium heat.once the oil is hot,add cumin seeds , curry leaves , green chilli and let them sizzle for few seconds.
  • 4. Add peanut and cook for 2 minutes then add boiled potatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  • 5. Add the shoked sabudana to the pan along with salt sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • 6. Remove pan from heat. Add lemon juice
  • 7. Serve sabudana khichdi hot with chilled yogurt.
