Made of Sagu,boiled potato with chopped chili, chopped coriander. grated ginger, black salt. Little oil for shallow fry. Mainly cooked for navratri fast and other fast. Also used as a snacks too.not using onion and garlic because of fasting recipe

Ingredients For Sabudana Vada

Methods
  • 1. Wash sagu 3/4 times with water. Keep it in a stainer to drain excess water. Mix all the ingredients and make equal size ball first. Keep the ball on the palm and slightly press to flatten. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan. Shallow fry the sagu vada on medium heat till becomes golden brown.
  • 2. Serve with green chutney.
