Samosa is ready to make chaat. Crush the hot crispy samosas in a serving plate. Pour tamarind chutney over the samosas to give the chaat a sour-sweet flavor.

Then add curd as per taste. Garnish with onion and finely sev. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and chaat masala as per taste.
