Santra/Orange Garlic Ghee Roast Pulao Recipe

So, I thought of making some recipes out of it and I tried this yummylicious Santra/Orange Garlic Ghee Roast Pulao. This dish is best to be eaten with roasted meat, chicken, fish and vegetables. The main ingredients of this recipe are Santra/Orange zest and juice, Ghee, Garlic, Rice, Raisin and Salt. Do try this easy one pot recipe, you will feel a delicious orange aroma in every bite. Santra/Oranges are low in calories and it is a good source of fiber, nutrients and vitamin C and most of the fiber is present in the Orange pulp and fiber also helps to reduce cholesterol. Due to rich vitamin C present in Orange, it may help you lose weight, burn belly fat, boost skin health, improve digestion system and boost immunity system. It may also reduce the risk of heart disease and the chances of formation of kidney stones. Vitamin C content present in Orange, it is very beneficial when it comes to the common cold, hence we should always eat Oranges during winters to prevent common cold.
