Ingredients For Sarso ka saag recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash all the greens properly. Roughly chopped. Pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles, with ginger garlic paste , salt and 1/2 glass water.
  • 2. Open the lid. Now gradually add makki ka aata, mix and mash it .
  • 3. Heat ghee in a wok, add hing , onion , garlic , green chilies and ginger. Roast it . Add turmeric, red chilli , salt and chopped tomatoes. Roast it .
  • 4. Now add this into saag . Mix it . Cook it on low flame 20 - 25 minutes. Stir continuously. Saag is ready . Serve it with makki ki roti and butter .
