How to make Sem, aaloo, shakarkand ki kanji Recipe

Chopped boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes and sem in smmall pieces. Keep it in a jar Along with salt, hing, red chilly powder, turmaric powder, grinded mustard seeds, jaggery and mustard oil.

Mix everything well.Now add hot water and mix. Cover and keep it in hot place for 2 days. After 2 days enjoy kanji. You can also keep it in sunlight. You can serve this with khichdi and chawal-dal.
