Firstly make green chutney in mixture with coriander leaves,green chillies,jeera powder,salt to taste,lemon juice,gathiya,ginger ,grind it ,water as needed,green chutney is ready

Secondly make sweet tamarind chutney by pressure cooking dates,jaggery and Imli ,then grind it by adding red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt to taste ,seive it ,tamarind chutney is ready

Now make garlic paste by grinding garlic cloves ,red chilli powder,salt to taste,jeera powder ,garlic paste is ready ,then add water to it make thin paste of it

Now start assembling

Arrange puris in serving plate ,then on it assemble chopped boiled potatoes
