Firstly take one non stick kadai and add ghee heat it, and add the makhana(Lotus seeds), roasted till turn crispy on low medium flame

Next take one other pan add the oil and ghee heat it ,then add the whole spices, saute for while Then add the onion and cook on medium flame till turn golden pink colourFurther add the ginger garlic chili paste and saute for while

Then add the chopped tomatoes , capsicum and salt ,cook till Tomato get pulpy Now add the 1/8 cup cashew mix well and cover the lid and cook for 2-5 minsAfter 1-2 minutes , remove the lid and transfer 75%of the gravy into bowl Next left some cashew add into kadai and cook on low medium flamdeAfter some time take one mixture jar add the gravy and grinding it make smooth paste

Add gravy paste into kadai Nd mix wellThen add the turmeric powder , coriander powder,cumin powder, Red chilli powder and mix wellNext add the Kasturi methi and mix wellThen add the some water ,cream and milk mix wellCovers lid and cook for 2-5 mins Then add the garam masala nd roasted makhana,paneer mix well

Cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes And last turn off gas flame and serving in a bowl , garnish with some corinder leaves, cashew, makhana
