  • 1. In a heavy kadhai, add ghee heat it . Add cumin and onion . Saute it . Add green chilli, ginger and cashew . Saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. Add all the spices and matar. Sprinkle some water. Cover it with lid .
  • 3. Stir it. Sprinkle water if needed. When Mayer becomes soft , turn of the flame. Add lemon juice, kishmish and coriander leaves.
