Ingredients For Shahi Paneer Kaju Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Saute the Whole Spices to make this delicious paneer recipe, add a little oil to a pan and heat it over medium flame. Add curry leaves, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf in the oil and allow them to fry for around 30-40 seconds on a medium flame.
  • 2. Fry The Onions & Tomatoes. Then add Cashew Paste & Spices. Now, add the tomatoes and onions to the pan and saute them properly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cashew paste and stir fry the mixture for a minute on a medium-high flame. After a few minutes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, gasa gasa, coriander powder and curd in the pan. Mix well and simmer the ingredients for a minute or two.
  • 3. Add the Paneer Cubes & Stir Gently. If you feel that the gravy is getting too thick, then add a little water to the pan and gently bring it to a boil. Add the paneer cubes and stir. Add the ground coconut paste and salt. After 2-3 minutes, remove the dish from the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl. Serve this delicious Paneer Cashew Curry with steamed or jeera rice.
