Ingredients For Sindhi sev barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. *Method* â—Ź Allow milk and sugar to boil in the frying pan, then mix the mawa and cook for 2 minutes, leave a little mawa left and apply it on top while garnishing.
  • 2. â—Ź Add cardamom powder and saffron
  • 3. â—Ź Add sev and nova ghee to reduce the flame and cook 2 to 4 minutes till the mixture thickens. â—Ź Turn off the gas after adding rose water
  • 4. â—Ź Take out the prepared mixer in a greased plate or dessert mold, garnish the remaining mawa, dry nuts and silver work and keep it in the fridge to set for 2 hours â—Ź Your traditional Sindhi sev barfi is ready
