Ingredients For Sprouted Chana fry

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and heat the oil and add cumin seeds, hing,sprouted chana,green chilli and onion and saute it, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Then add fenugreek leaves and tomato.
  • 3. When it cooked, add salt, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, mix well and saute for a minute.
  • 4. Then add lemon juice and transfer it to the serving bowl and serve it.
