Heat strawberry compote in a pan and stir continuously till thick. Blend the paneer into the blender to make smooth and also blend the milkmaid in the blender to make smooth,

Heat the milkmaid mixture in the pan. Continuous stirring until the moisture would begin to dry up, now add the strawberry compote and mix well, remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool

Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness. Make a small indent with your thumb in the centre and fill the strawberry compote.
