Mash boiled potatoes. Heat 1 tbsp oil add mustard seeds. Saute well. Add green chilli, hing and ginge. Saute. Now add all the spices and mashed potatoes.

Mix it well. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Wash and dry capsicum. Make cut or hole. Remove seeds. Stuff it with potato filling.

Take a frying pa. Add oil. Place capsicum. Slow cook it on low medium heat till it becomes soft and brown .
