Methods
  • 1. Peel and mash potato. Add salt, 0.5 tsp turmeric, cumin powder, green chillies , salt. Mix well.
  • 2. Take small variety capsicums.Cut the tip and remove seeds.Stuff the filling made.
  • 3. Mix in a bowl onion, carrot, coriander leaves, salt, lemon and chaat masala powder. Mix well, keep aside.
  • 4. In a bowl, mix together flours, salt, turmeric, carom seeds, soda , red chilli powder.
  • 5. Add water and make batter. Dip stuffed capsicums in it.
  • 6. Deep fry in hot oil on low flame till golden. Cut these into half.
  • 7. Top with veggies mix. Serve hot immediately.
