Ingredients For Stuffed Masala Curd Buns recipe

Methods
  • 1. For Buns, take lukewarm water in a bowl add sugar and yeast and keep aside to rise
  • 2. Now take sieve flour in a mixing bowl add salt, mixed herb, powder sugar, sesame seeds and garlic powder and mix well
  • 3. After rising the yeast mixture, transfer this in mixed flour bowl and start to knead, meanwhile add little little amount of butter and flour, (remaining some for next step),
  • 4. Knead dough atleast 10 minutes with knead and rubbing Method, when dough became soft and spongy, transfer in large bowl, grease some oil or butter over the top, cover this and keep aside for atleast 1 hour or till double in size
  • 5. First stuffung, Melt butter in a pan add, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, chopped coriander on low flame( don't colour change of any ingredients) by one
  • 6. Take bowl add hung curd, cream cheese, sesame paste and fresh cream in mix well
  • 7. Now transfer the tempering mixture in curd mixture, sugar and mix well
  • 8. Now the time to make Buns, when flour rise double in size, press and release the air, again knead for 2 to 3 minutes, now devide in six equal parts and make balls of every part
  • 9. Now place a spoon ful or as needed of filling) mixture in every balls and seal nicely from all sides and make fine smooth stuffed balls of dough, again cover this and keep aside to 2nd proving
  • 10. Preheated oven at 200*
  • 11. When ball size increases, brush the milk over the top lightly and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top and keep in preheated oven to bake at 200* for 15 mins, when done left out, grease butter when it's hot, and cover this with wet cloth and keep aside for 1/2 an hours
  • 12. When it's completely cool, serve and enjoyed the Stuffed Masala Curd Buns .
