In this recipe I have used fresh red Tomatoes ?an the stuffing I have used panneer & to make the gravy look rich, tasty an yumy I have used cashewnuts paste an milk cream
- If ure allergy to panneer , u can use the stuffing of potatoes an vegetables . If u r allergy to cashewnuts in place of it u use pumpkin seeds& almonds to make the gravy look richer in taste

Recipe Notes
In case if u don't want to use tomatoes , then u can use capsicum
1.
In a kadai add oil fry onions , ginger garlic paste till light pink
2.
Then add chopped tomatoes fry nicely till it becomes soft

Then keep it too cool . And then grind into smooth paste

Then in a kadai add butter add the crushed kasturi methi , red chilli pd mix well

Then add the gravy an keep stirring till it leaves the oil aside

Then add the garam masala pd, cashewnuts paste, milk cream an salt an mix well

In another pan add little oil fry chopped onions, green chillies an mix well

Then add salt, pinch of garam masala pd an mix well

Then add the crumple panneer, coriander leaves an mix well

Then keep this stuffing aside too cool

Then take fresh 4 tomatoes , divide it into half, remove the pulp of the tomatoes an in a pan add butter an shallow fry the tomatoes on both the sides to b cooked .

Then when done keep it too cool , then the panneer stuffing an keep aside
