Wash tomato and capsicum and scooped with the knife.

Grease the microwave safe plate With oil and place the stuffed tomato and capsicum On plate.

Bake it in preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove it from oven and serve hot with naan Or roti.
