  • 1. In a bowl combine suji maida salt sodaMix well add luke warm water knead I to medium dough
  • 2. Cover and Rest 15 to 30 minutes then knead again for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 3. Then roll like roti.Cut with a cutter roll again if too thick deep fry in hot oil 2 to 3 puri at in one batch.Cool completely store for 2 weeks.
