  • 1. How to make Steamed Suji Vegetable RollStep-1Make a fine powder of Suji in a grinder
  • 2. Step-2In a mixing bowl add Suji ,curd,baking soda and salt .Knead a smooth dough (don't add water).
  • 3. Step-3Rest the dough for 20 mins.
  • 4. Step-4Meanwhile,for stuffing take a bowl mix all vegetables ,salt ,black pepper and garam masala.
  • 5. Step-5Pinch a ball size dough and grease it with oil and roll with rolling pin like roti.spread some stuffing and make a roll.
  • 6. Step-6Place the roll in steamer and steam for about 15 -20 mins
  • 7. Step-7cut the steamed roll in pieces . for tempering heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,and curry leaves let it crackle .
  • 8. Step-8Pour the tadka on the Suji roll pieces.
