Sukhdi or Gol Papdi is traditional Gujarati sweet made with whole wheat flour, ghee and jaggery. It is one of the easiest and quickest sweet to be made which is crumbly and it just melts in your mouth. Traditionally this is eaten in Winter. Additionally edible gum can also be added.
