Sukhdi/Gudpapdi is a famous Gujarati sweet made especially in the winter season. This papdi made by mixing jaggery and nuts in roasted wheat flour is full of taste and health.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add cardamom powder.

Now put flour in it and roast it on medium flame, stirring continuously till the color of the flour becomes light brown and the aroma starts coming.

Now mix chopped jaggery in it and stir well.

Mix it well and switch off the heat.
5.
Now put this mixture in a greased tray and make it equal and sprinkle chopped almonds on top, then cut it in the desired shape with a knife.
