Ingredients For Sweet Corn Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a grinder grind 1/2 cup sweet corn with 2 tbsp water and make paste. Set it aside.
  • 2. In a pan heat oil and saute ginger- garlic and green chili. saute it for 30 second until fragrant.add chopped carrot and spring onion also add remaining sweet corn along with sweet corn paste.
  • 3. Cover the pot and let the veggies cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Add 3 cup of water and mix.
  • 4. Add salt, black pepper powder, white vinegar and soy sauce and mix. Add suger and mix.
  • 5. Stir and let the soup come to boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot sweet corn soup.
