1.
In a grinder grind 1/2 cup sweet corn with 2 tbsp water and make paste. Set it aside.

In a pan heat oil and saute ginger- garlic and green chili. saute it for 30 second until fragrant.add chopped carrot and spring onion also add remaining sweet corn along with sweet corn paste.

Cover the pot and let the veggies cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Add 3 cup of water and mix.

Add salt, black pepper powder, white vinegar and soy sauce and mix. Add suger and mix.

Stir and let the soup come to boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot sweet corn soup.
