Ingredients For Sweet Daliya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan add ghee to it.Uae pure ghee here
  • 2. Once the ghee has heated add the Daliya and roast the Daliya till it turns golden brown in color
  • 3. Add the Saffron,raisins,amd cardamom pwdr
  • 4. Now add the jaggery. Once the jaggery melts add 3 cups of water
  • 5. Cover and let the water evaporate
  • 6. The Daliya will all Puff up and you will have a nice Flavourful lapsi
  • 7. Just before serving garnish with slivered nuts and dessicated coconut
  • 8. We generally have this lapsi with some fresh curd to balance the sweetness
