In a bowl add curd, kashmiri powder,garam masala,black pepper powder,salt,roasted cumin powder,ginger garlic powder,lemon juice, chaat masala,fenugreek leaves and give it a good mix.

Now add orange food colour and add soya chaap into the marinate and mix it well. Cover it a cling wrap and keep it aside for 15-20 mins

Soak 10-12 cashews in hot water for 5-7 mins then make a paste with onions.

Now make puree with the tomato.

Heat 1tsp of oil add marinated chaap cook approx 7-10 mins on medium - low flame.

Meanwhile heat 3-4 tbsp of oil add green cardamom,cloves,bayleaf,black cardamom, cinnamon and ginger garlic paste.

Now add onion and cashew paste to it and stir continously just after stirring for few seconds, add tomato puree,salt,red chilli powder,corriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder and give it a good mix

Cover it with lid and cook for 2-3 mins and add leftover marination ,water and mix it. Now add soya chaap cover the lid and cook for 5-7 mins on low flame

Now add sugar,cooking cream,chopped corriander and garam masala cook it for another 2 mins give it a mix and enjoy.
