Tiffin Box Magic Recipe

In this tiffin box recipe I have made Chawli ki sabji in different way. First I have roasted garlic, onion, tomato & red chilli & then mash it with hands. Made chawli ki sabji with it. Filled the tiffin box with paratha, sabji & fruits.

Ingredients For Tiffin Box Magic Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the overnight soaked chawli with enough water.
  • 2. Now roast garlic, tomato, onion and dry red chilli. After that mash it well & mix it with boiled chawli.
  • 3. Heat oil & add this to it. Add salt and spices. Cook it for few minutes and add 1 cup hot water.
  • 4. Cover it with lid and cook it in low flame.Add garam masala and chopped coriander. Switch off the flame.
  • 5. For paratha make a dough with flour, salt and little water. Roll it and make rounds. Roast it both the sides with ghee.
  • 6. Delicious tiffin is ready to serve. Fill the tiffin box with paratha, chawli ki sabji and fruits.
