Ingredients For Tikki hariyali pockets recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add all listed ingredients of tikki, make huge shape tikki roll in semolina, heat pan. add 2 tbsp oil and cook on both sides till, done.
  • 2. In a blender add spring onion leaves, coriander leaves and methi leaves ginger and green chillies and make rough paste,
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, add flours, prepared paste, salt and knead asoft dough,
  • 4. Take medium portion from the dough and roll it and fill tikki on centre. Fold all sides like a pocket,
  • 5. Heat a tava with2 tbsp oil and cook pockets on both sides till done. Serve hot.
