How to make Tofu in sweet and creamy coconut sauce recipe

In a pan, dry roast the coconut till light brown and crispy, keep aside.

For making coconut sauce, in a bowl, add cornflour and water and mix properly, then in that add coconut milk powder, sugar, soya sauce and honey and mix properly.

In a pan, add oil, stir fry the tofu and keep aside, then in same pan add garlic and saute, then add onion and capsicum and saute, let it cook for 2 minutes, then add salt and black pepper powder and mix.

Now add the tofu and mix everything, then pour the prepared coconut milk sauce and coat everything in the sauce properly and cook till the sauce thickens. Lastly topped the tofu with roasted coconut and serve.
