Ingredients For Tricolor Spanish Cauliflower and Broccoli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first cut cauliflower into small pieces and keep in two separate bowl.
  • 2. Heat the pan and pour 2 spoons olive oil and add 1 smashed garlic and one portion of cauliflower .
  • 3. Add some chopped onion and saute it and mix some water.
  • 4. Make juice from the orange and mix thisJuice with the boiled cauliflower and add Red Paprika with it and after 10 mins remove this orange cauliflower from the pan
  • 5. Now heat the pan and pour 2 spoons of olive oil and add remaining portion of cauliflower and add salt, 1 spoon of black pepper powder,some chopped onion and 1 spoon of chopped garlic .
  • 6. Stir it and then add meyonese and water and after 10 mins remove it from the pan
  • 7. Now the white cauliflower is ready to serve.
  • 8. Now Pudina leaf, green chilli ,garlic ,onion and half portion of peas are taken in a mixer and make paste of it
  • 9. Heat the pan and pour 2 spoons of olive oil and add cut broccoli pieces in it and saute it and then add salt and green paste
  • 10. Then cut all the grapes and add these grapes into broccoli and add the remaining peas also.
  • 11. Stir it and mix water with it and when broccoli becomes boiled remove it from the pan
  • 12. Now the green broccoli is ready to serve
